Mama mama mama mama mama!

Yes this is Austin's new favorite word! All I hear all day long is mama mama mama! I think he knows that I am his mama, because if he is crawling around looking for me or he wants to eat or is sleepy and wants me then he will say mama and cry mmmmaaammmaa until I get him. But if he is happy and just crawling all over the house then he says mama to Sasha our cat and mama to his toys and mama to anyone who will listen. So I think that he knows what it means but I also think that it is a new word and fun for him to say. He does say dada too, but latley its all about the mama! One of his other new favorite things is crawling as fast as he can away from you in hopes that you will chase him....Joey does it all the time with him. It is so cute! Austin will take off crawling down the hall and turn around to see if Joey is coming and Joey will say "I'm gonna get you!", and Austin just laughs and crawls away as fast as he can, but of course daddy always "gets him" and they have a tickle/wrestle match. Its really funny. He has so much personality now. He is such a happy little guy and always in a good mood. It is really fun to be around him and see what goofy thing he will do next. He LOVES to stand up along the couch or table and take two steps and then sit down, and then stand back up again and then sit back down again, over and over and over! He wants absolutley nothing to do with his toys, which is kinda annoying because he won't just sit still and play with anything! But it is really fun to see him crawling around and exploring the world and finding new things and new troubles to get into!

March 1st beauty shop luncheon @ Cyndi's house...

Back on March 1st we had a beauty shop luncheon at my boss Cyndi's house. It was sooooo much fun! All the stylist and our manicurst came and brought all the babies. Many of you may not know, but we have had 4 babies born this year to girls in our shop. Beau had Trent back in March, then I had Austin in June, Alisa had Brayden in October and then Tawni had Kinlei in November. Yes, I know wow that's a lot of babies for one little beauty shop! Basically we tell people not to drink our water unless they want to get pregnant! Oh and Beau is pregnant with

# 2, so we are going to start the cycle all over again!! Anyways enjoy the pics!!

Crib Rail Up!

So of course he can't just crawl for a couple of weeks and let momma get used to that, no way! Now he is pulling himself up to a stand on everything. I went into his room on Monday when he was supposed to be taking a nap and he was standing up in his crib as happy as can be....the only problem is the crib rail was lowered and so it only came up to his waist. My heart just jumped and I ran over and got him out....thank goodness I went and checked on him because he could have fallen out! So now the crib rail is raised but I can't reach the bottom of his crib so I have to stand on a step stool to lay him down on his mattress! How weird is that! Actually its kinda annoying especially in the middle of the night when I forget the step stool is there, ugghh I'll get used to it I guess! Oh and we've decided to do Austin and Taylie's first birthday together. We are going to have it on Saturday June 19th at 2 pm at my house, so for anyone who wants to come, please do! Everyone is invited, the more the merrier! Its going to be so much fun....we've decided to do a "garden/bug" themed party, so there will be frogs and turtles and ladybugs and butterfly's and bee's and spiders and caterpillars and grasshoppers, all kinds of cute stuff. They will have so much fun and of course since they will be one, they each get their own little cake to dive into and eat as much as they want! Anyways, more later!
